Our goal as a counsellor is to help you remain resilient in the face of adversity. In our work together, we can support you to connect with a deeper part of yourself, heal from your emotional wounds, and enhance your coping capacity.

We offer therapy support for managing anxiety, depression, anger, addiction, relationship issues, and parenting support. We recognize that finding a therapist that fits your needs can be challenging. We offer a no-cost phone consultation to help you determine if the counselling services we provide will be a good fit for you.

Counselling serves as an opportunity for you to work through your concerns and connect with your feelings. We have the experience and expertise to help you develop your awareness and understand how your emotions drive your thoughts and behaviours.
