Were a small psychology practice offering both individual and couples therapy online and in-person. We offer free 20-minute consultations to ensure that were the right fit, rates well below the industry average, we offer sliding scale on an as-needed basis and direct bill to Blue Cross insurance. All of us are licensed mental health professionals who tailor our approach to therapy to our clients, believing in building strong relationships with clients first so that we can help encourage them to create positive change in their lives.
