Clinic Specializing in Pain Relief, Sports Injury & Wellness Management

Serving Collingwood, Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach.

Andy Aruvald is based in Collingwood Ontario in the Georgian Bay area. He is a Certified Bowen Health Therapist for 12 years and a Manual Osteopath for the past 3 years.

Andy is passionate about helping people understand their injuries or pain, helping to explain how osteopathy can help us in our everyday lives and about getting people moving.

Andy believes in a holistic approach to health. Using the underpinning principles of osteopathy, he uses well rounded non-invasive treatment protocols that may include postural assessment, adjustments, mobilizations, myofascial release techniques, electrotherapeutic modalities, exercise/stretch prescription, aromatherapy, and nutritional/ lifestyle advice.

Osteopathy is suitable for people of all ages, and you'll find that it's not all about 'clicking' joints. Andy treats a wide range of people who all present with a variety of aches, pains and strains. For this reason he tailors his treatment to each individual patient to ensure you are part of the treatment plan, and are comfortable with the process.

Andy also offer PEMF and Cold Laser Therapy treatments in my practice.
