I am a certified Usui and Karuna Reiki Master with 19 year's experience of Teaching all levels of Reik in both systems and treating clients one on one. I also teach Pranic Healing, Therapeutic Yoga, Pranayama , Mindfulness Meditation and Chakra Meditation; Healing Mudras, Quit Smoking with Breathing Exercises and East Indian Vegetarian Cooking. I also do intuitive counseling for my clients. I had practice in India, Vancouver, Medicine Hat and now in Calgary. I taught all these classes at Medicine Hat college for continuing studies for 8 years under wellness programs. I teach some classes from Okotoks and High River Recreation Centres.

My students Are so happy to learn from me and 11 are Reiki Masters who have there practice and teach classes. so many have taken other levels.
My treatments help clients with stress release, relaxation, pain reduction,aura clearing, chakra balancing, Rehabilitation and health maintenance. All most all kind of Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual problems, acute, chronic, psychosomatic issue gets healed. Immediate effects of treatments are Smooth and even breathing, lowered and regulated heart bits, lightness of body and calmness of mind.
Have been able to help people with Sciatica, Back pain, Migraines, head aches, slepping disorder, fibromyalgia, frozen shoulder, asthma, M.S , diabetes, blood pressure, heart conditions,constipation,allergies,addictions , pre -surgery and post surgery, cancer,stroke, injuries and accident, phobia,healing blocks, phobias, abuse issues, trauma, despair and grief, person in palliative care. and much more.---

They fill comfortable with me and like to open up and confide some personal matters without hesitation and full trust in me. As a young girl i wanted to be a doctor and have natural instinct to help and love to serve and not after some one's money.
