Description

I am a Registered Social Worker, and a Masters of Social Work graduate from Lakehead University. I provide mental health counselling and psychotherapy services for all ages in Thunder Bay, ON.

I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem and relationship/family issues. In addition, I provide couples counselling for those in relationships who are struggling with major life stages, recovering from an affair, or looking to enhance their communication and strengthen their relationship.

As part of my private practice, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can speak fully and honestly, trusting that I will maintain confidentiality. I bring compassion, support, and a deep understanding to this process. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy, so we will spend time understanding exactly what you are experiencing and why, so that when you are ready to start making changes that improve your life, they stick.
