We offer "Move & Learns" for "Supermoms and their lil Super heroes"

Location flexible in Mount Hope and Binbrook

Our 1 hour Move & Learns are composed of a fun dancey warm up with the little once, strength and conditioning circuit which focuses on common post partum issues. It ends with a 30 min workshop about basic nutrition, mealprep for the family, time management for new moms and many many more topics and struggles that moms have to face.

We have an amazing grandma on side that will do crafts and games for the wee once which all evolve around educating and introducing them to healthy lifestyles, right from the get go.

We aim to have a family friendly environment and are very flexible with workshops and requests as well as times. We want to make this about all our Supermoms out there.

We do offer additional services such as personal training and nutrition consultations to re balance common issues such as thyroid problems, weight loss, autoimmune disease, detox and many more if requested.

Both of us are certified Personal Trainers and Holistic Nutritionists that aim to educate and give people the tools to thrive while supporting the community.

Our initial Move & Learn workshops are priced at 16 Dollars.
