Our in-home physiotherapy and in-clinic allied health services are designed for both rehabilitative and preventative care. Maintaining strength, balance and mobility is crucial in optimizing physical health and preventing injury! Achieving this goal can be particularly difficult as we age. Our Club Z Fitness Program provides online, interactive and recorded fitness classes that are led by physiotherapists to ensure adults can optimize their health and continue doing the activities they love.
